Jade Pigott BSN, RN
General Manager

Jade graduated from Valdosta State University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s of science in nursing and a will to help those in need. She began working in the progressive care unit and quickly transitioned to the medical surgical ICU. It was here that she strengthened and polished her skills in autonomy, critical thinking and patient relationships. From there, Jade transferred to the cardiovascular ICU where she continued to build these skills for 6 years. When the opportunity arose, Jade was prepared to utilize these attributes and shift her focus into management. Today, Jade holds the position as the general manager of Thrive Infusions; assisting patients, leading our nurses, and ensuring that our team is the best it can be!

Lexie Cubbedge
Assistant Nurse Manager

Lexie graduated from Palm Beach State College in Boca Raton with her Associates of Science in Nursing. After moving back home to Jacksonville she started her nursing career on a hematology and oncology unit. During her first year as a nurse, Lexie went back to school at the University of Florida for her BSN. After 2 years of strengthening her nursing skills at the bedside, Lexie was ready to dive into a new chapter of her career in Aesthetic Nursing and now holds the title of Assistant Nurse Manager at our Town Center Location.

Sarah Johnson
Assistant Manager of Durbin

Sarah graduated with her BSN degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2019 and spent almost two years working in the Emergency Department. Although Sarah has a love for Emergency Nursing, she wanted to get a taste of what aesthetic nursing has to offer! Sarah loves advocating for her patients to live a holistic and healthy lifestyle while feeling & looking their very best.

If you run into her at Thrive, she's most likely raving about cryotherapy and always recommends it for an extra energy boost, muscle recovery, or to decrease inflammation in the body. Sarah loves adding Magnesium to her IV bags because it's a natural relaxant that can aid in better sleep, muscle recovery, and an overall more relaxed feeling. Sarah supports "self-care every day" and loves when you and your best friend come in for a facial & IV to have a spa day here at Thrive! When Sarah is not at Thrive, she loves working out, lounging on the beach, and spending time with her fiancé and two pups!
