Dr. Kramarich
Medical Director

Our Medical Director, S. Scott Kramarich, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained practitioner of Functional Medicine. His certification by the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) designates a medical doctor who has taken on additional training and specialization in this rapidly emerging field of personalized wellness medicine. He is uniquely qualified to provide our clients with customized formulations of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to optimize recovery, wellness, and longevity. We know you'll benefit from the scientifically demonstrated benefits of our natural remedies.

Emily Rea, MSN, APRN
Cosmetic Injector

Emily is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of North Florida with her bachelor’s degrees in nursing and later her master’s degree in nursing. She has over 10 years of experience in critical care medicine. Emily has always been passionate about making patients feel better both inside and out which led her to transition to aesthetics. She has trained with the area's top injectors and she is continuously staying up to date with the latest injection techniques and trends. Emily strives to enhance her client’s natural beauty while keeping safety the highest priority. 

Emily is a Jacksonville-native. When she is not in office, you can find her spending time at the beach or the pool with her family. Emily is also a big Jacksonville Jaguars fan and loves all things leopard print. 

 

Jade Pigott, BSN, RN
General Manager

Jade graduated from Valdosta State University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s of science in nursing and a will to help those in need. She began working in the progressive care unit and quickly transitioned to the medical surgical ICU. It was here that she strengthened and polished her skills in autonomy, critical thinking and patient relationships. From there, Jade transferred to the cardiovascular ICU where she continued to build these skills for 6 years. When the opportunity arose, Jade was prepared to utilize these attributes and shift her focus into management. Today, Jade holds the position as the general manager of Thrive Infusions; assisting patients, leading our nurses, and ensuring that our team is the best it can be! 

Lexie Cubbedge, BSN, RN
Assistant Nurse Manager, Durbin

Lexie graduated from Palm Beach State College in Boca Raton with her Associates of Science in Nursing. After moving back home to Jacksonville she started her nursing career on a hematology and oncology unit. During her first year as a nurse, Lexie went back to school at the University of Florida for her BSN. After 2 years of strengthening her nursing skills at the bedside, Lexie was ready to dive into a new chapter of her career in Aesthetic Nursing and now holds the title of Assistant Nurse Manager at our Town Center Location.

Asli Neal
Assistant Nurse Manager, Town Center

Asli’s passion for nursing grew throughout her international primary healthcare studies while living in Australia, leading to a role on board a medical ship serving Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands. Asli then took roles helping human trafficking victims and global disaster relief. She returned to Washington State to graduate from the fire academy before working as a career firefighter and medic in Kodiak, Alaska and has continued to work with specialty teams focused on human trafficking rescue.  Asli and her husband have recently moved to Florida, and she looks forward to building relationships with the patients here at Thrive as she transitions to a fun new form of medicine. Outside of Thrive, Asli can be found working on her fixer-upper home with her husband, on a hike or run with her 2 dogs, and out exploring in the Florida sunshine.

Erica Piantone, BSN, RN
Assistant Nurse Manager, Mobile

Erica graduated from DeSales University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Having lived and worked in several different states, Erica has various experience working inpatient, outpatient, and within the clinic setting. Most of her experience is working with Oncology and Hematology patients where she discovered her passion for health and wellness. It is this passion that led her career to Thrive.  Erica has been in Jacksonville for about 3 years. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her family and enjoying the Florida Sunshine.

Christine Ross, RN, CANS
Lead Aesthetic Nurse

Christine Ross is an accomplished Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist who brings over 13 years’ experience to Thrive. She recently relocated from New York City where she began her journey into aesthetics and discovered it was her passion! Motivated by her desire to help people feel confident in their own skin, Christine discovered her love for lasers, injectable treatments and educating patients on skin health. Christine’s mission is to safely and effectively treat each patient individually so that their specific aesthetic needs are met. Her approach to rejuvenation involves a multi-focal treatment and maintenance plan that will not only “fix” something in the moment, but will change how you view skin health and understand the importance of it. Her methodical technique with lasers and other devices has led to her being invited to train peers in advanced techniques with different laser and device manufacturers. Through her extensive knowledge of the field and her affable nature, Christine makes people from all backgrounds feel excited and comfortable about their own aesthetic journeys.

In her free time, you can find Christine on the beach with her dog Penny or spending time with nearby family. Fall is her favorite time of year, not only because it’s her ideal weather, but because it’s the start of football season!

Cassie Blackwood
Medical Aesthetician

Cassie is a Licensed Aesthetician and she graduated from the Beauty and Health Institute with dual licenses in aesthetics and laser. Cassie is a Jacksonville Native and has been passionate about skincare her whole life and is constantly looking for opportunities to learn and grow in this industry. She has a background in laser and takes pride in creating a relaxing and healing environment in her treatment room. Her favorite services to offer are Hydrafacial and Dermaplaning. She loves helping each client with their individual needs as skin care is very different for every skin type.

Outside of Thrive, Cassie loves spending time with her family and being outdoors with sunscreen of course!
