Dr. Kramarich

Medical Director

Our Medical Director, S. Scott Kramarich, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained practitioner of Functional Medicine. His certification by the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) designates a medical doctor who has taken on additional training and specialization in this rapidly emerging field of personalized wellness medicine. He is uniquely qualified to provide our clients with customized formulations of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to optimize recovery, wellness, and longevity. Sam Andrew

General Manager

Sam graduated from the University of North Georgia with a BS in Exercise Science. She has spent over a decade in the health and wellness fields, most recently as a General Manager and Master Trainer for a company specializing in providing assisted stretching services. Prior to that she worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Certified Clinical Research Coordinator with special populations, primarily neuro and older adults. Sam has been a dancer for most of her life, including 5 years as a cheerleader for the NFL. (Go Jags!) Her passion lies in helping people to feel their best, and she is so excited to join the Thrive team who excels in doing so every day!

Jade Pigott, BSN, RN

Assistant Nurse Manager, Mobile

Jade graduated from Valdosta State University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s of science in nursing and a will to help those in need. She began working in the progressive care unit and quickly transitioned to the medical surgical ICU. It was here that she strengthened and polished her skills in autonomy, critical thinking and patient relationships. From there, Jade transferred to the cardiovascular ICU where she continued to build these skills for 6 years. When the opportunity arose, Jade was prepared to utilize these attributes and shift her focus into management. Today, Jade holds the position as the general manager of Thrive Infusions; assisting patients, leading our nurses, and ensuring that our team is the best it can be!

Christine Ross, RN, CANS

Lead Aesthetic Nurse

Christine Ross is an accomplished Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist who brings over 13 years’ experience to Thrive. She recently relocated from New York City where she began her journey into aesthetics and discovered it was her passion! Motivated by her desire to help people feel confident in their own skin, Christine discovered her love for lasers, injectable treatments and educating patients on skin health. Christine’s mission is to safely and effectively treat each patient individually so that their specific aesthetic needs are met. Her approach to rejuvenation involves a multi-focal treatment and maintenance plan that will not only “fix” something in the moment, but will change how you view skin health and understand the importance of it. Her methodical technique with lasers and other devices has led to her being invited to train peers in advanced techniques with different laser and device manufacturers. Through her extensive knowledge of the field and her affable nature, Christine makes people from all backgrounds feel excited and comfortable about their own aesthetic journeys.

In her free time, you can find Christine on the beach with her dog Penny or spending time with nearby family. Fall is her favorite time of year, not only because it’s her ideal weather, but because it’s the start of football season!

Sylvia Sasso

Medical Aesthetician

Sylvia is a Licensed Aesthetician who graduated from Jacksonville Electrology Laser & Skincare Academy with her Facial Specialist License, ZO expert certification, and Hydrafacial certification. Sylvia relocated to St. John’s from Atlanta, GA two years ago and is originally from Southwest Florida. She has prior experience working in the medical field from the emergency room to plastics and other medical modalities. Sylvia prides herself in being highly organized, detail oriented, and always striving to learn. Her favorite service is the ZO Stimulator Peel and the Deluxe Hydrafacial treatment. She believes building strong relationships with her clients is crucial to providing the best esthetic services possible.

In her downtown, Sylvia enjoys quality time with her family, traveling, cooking, and Pilates.

Natalie Ochana

Medical Aesthetician

Meet Natalie, Aesthetician at our Town Center location. After her own journey with skincare and the satisfaction that came along yielding amazing results, Natalie decided to enter the Beauty industry. With over 4 years of experience in the aesthetic world, Natalie finds passion in her work by providing ultimate results for her clients! She specializes in a wide range of Facials including Medical Facials, HydraFacials, Dermaplaning Facials, and is working on becoming a ZO Skin Health Expert! Always up to date on what’s new in the beauty industry, Natalie has been certified in Lash Lifts & Tints, Lash Extensions and Brow Laminations. She has also specialized in Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage and Body Contouring.

Bailey Brassfield

Medical Aesthetician

Bailey is a Licensed Aesthetician who graduated from Jacksonville Electrology Laser & Skincare Academy with her Facial Specialist license, ZO expert certification, Hydrafacial certification, and NCEA certification. Bailey is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma but relocated to Jacksonville over seven years ago. She has always known she was meant to be in the beauty and aesthetics industry, and she strives to continually learn and provide the best service for her clients. Some of her favorite treatments are Hydrafacial and the ZO Stimulator Peel. She takes pride in making the treatment room an inviting and relaxing space, and she genuinely wants to help every client with their individual skin needs. Outside of aesthetics, Bailey loves being around animals, spending time with friends and family, and binge watching tv shows!
