Thrive Memberships

Thrive is a medical spa dedicated to helping our customers meet their health and beauty goals. Being proactive with your health and wellness is vital to living your best life. Our IV Infusions, facials and cryotherapy treatments restore and optimize your body’s natural balance.

We’ve made it easier to take advantage of our services on a regular basis with our memberships. Not only will you benefit from the savings - you’ll feel and look rejuvenated and healthy.

Your monthly membership fee will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card on the 1st of each month for the term of the contract.
There will be a one-time startup fee of $49.
Memberships can be redeemed at any Thrive location.
Signature HydraFacial’s may be upgraded to Deluxe or Premier HydraFacial at an additional charge.
Membership benefits may not be shared or transferred to any other person.
Membership benefits do not roll-over.
If the membership monthly payment is made, you will be considered an active member.
If your monthly payment fails, your account will have an outstanding balance, and benefits will be suspended until the balance is paid.
Memberships may be placed on a suspension (minimum of one month) for any circumstance as long as the member gives Thrive Infusions a minimum of a week notice prior to the next scheduled payment. The membership may be resumed at a date specified by the member.
Initial term of membership is six (6) months. Membership auto-renews on a six-month basis after the initial term. Either party can cancel at any time after initial term by giving a 30-day written notice to the other party.
Membership dues are NON-REFUNDABLE once the transaction has been completed. Member is responsible for following and adhering to cancellation policy as stated above and in the terms of the membership contract.
